I don’t wrench often, but when I do, I make a huge mess everywhere.

you know you don’t need to have cold distilled water for either battery or radiator. You can just use room temperature distilled water... right?
Also it’s probably best to use antifreeze instead of distilled water but that’s a question of timing.

Thanks, mom.

Drinking antifreeze seems like a pretty bad idea tbh. :)

Must be the initial onset, there’s far too little rust on those vehicles. And so far no parts in the house that we’ve seen.
![]() 05/02/2018 at 15:43 |

Well, yeah. Don’t do that. Drink other distilled spirits. Vodka comes to mind right now.

Much better.
Of course, then the vodka bottle will have greasy fingerprints on it, but he’ll be too drunk to care. Works perfectly.

My wife would have a heart attack if she saw a bottle that empty in our fridge. That’s like crisis levels of empty.
It was the first thing I thought when I saw that photo.

Just curious...are there any liquors that don’t get distilled?

I am FAR from an expert, but I *think* that liquor is, by definition, distilled?

if symptoms are cleaning car pieces in dishwasher, 2 or more project cars, and Half-assed repairs, please consult an expert, or apply to become a Jalopnik writer.

that’s what I also thought....... but does beer get distilled? Wine?
Say everything gets distilled. I.e. boiled till alcohol evaporates and condensed to capture pure alcohol...
Is there a benefit to distilling 3 times? More times? Isn’t it redundant?
OK. We are waaaaay off topic here.
Get more ketchup

Hey that’s how my place looks currently. Project still isn’t finished, so it’ll stay like that for a while yet.......

No, Ess Ex Tee needs ketchup, I’m fine.
My knowledge is limited to having toured the Jameson distillery in Dublin. They’ll tell you that Irish Whiskey is smoother (and lighter) than Scotch or Bourbon because it’s triple distilled. Scotch is generally 2x and I think Bourbon usually 1x.
Beer is a different process AFAIK?
Mostly I care about just drinking it though tbh.

bottom line is its delicious and we drink it cuz we can.
EssExTee definitely needs ketchup tho
It’s frigging 85 degrees out here. I am definitely breaking out the grill tonight. How he gonna operate with no ketchup?

Everything else is irrelevant.
And hell yeah, it’s been in the 80's for a few days here and we’ve been grilling all week finally!
